What does the word SWENYO mean?

The word SWENYO is the phonetic spelling of the Spanish word “sueño,” which translates to “dream.”

What’s a duvet cover?

A duvet is a type of bedding that is made of down, feathers, or synthetic material. Duvet covers are large soft sheets with buttons that you put your duvet comforter inside of. Our duvet covers are completely laundry-friendly and include some handy-dandy washing instructions to keep your SWENYO bedding soft and bright.

How do I put on my duvet cover?

Duvet covers are awesome, but can be a little awkward if you don’t know all the tricks of the trade. Take a look at our How To Guide!

How do I wash my duvet cover?

We recommend machine wash cold and tumble dry low to keep your bedding looking fresh. DO NOT BLEACH (unless you want a real ugly duvet cover). You can iron SWENYO bedding, but we recommend only using a medium to low setting to avoid damage.

What’s the difference between a Twin and a Twin XL?

Twin bedding is 75-inches long and twin XL bedding is 80-inches long. In most college dorms, twin XL is required so it’s important to choose XL for your sheets for that college dorm bed. [Box of Ramen noodles not included]. The good news? Our twin duvet covers fit both sizes just right.

What’s so great about SWENYO pillowcases?

Our view on pillowcases? Same is lame. Mix and match our unique pillowcase designs to add color and personality to your space. Our pillowcases perfectly accent our duvet covers and have an envelope closure to hide the pillow. What’s the fun if we picked the pillows for you?


I got my wall decal, what do I do now?

Congratulations! First, read the instructions that come in the package. They are easy to apply but reading the instructions will save you time and potential errors. For vinyl wall decals, please look for a “T” or “P” on your decal sheet and then refer to the application method that corresponds to the letter on the instruction sheet.

Will they work on all walls?

The decals can be applied to other smooth surfaces such as ceilings, glass, sealed concrete floors, smooth metal, tile, plastic surfaces and finished wood furniture. Keep in mind, the less porous the surface the more effort it will take to remove.

How long will the wall decals stay up?

Indoors, they will last 1 to 2 years. For best results, apply it away from direct sunlight and heat sources as heat can release the adhesive and cause the graphics to peel up. We do not recommend applying to outdoor surfaces due to weather and temperature changes.

Are they removable?

Yes! To remove, peel up an edge with your fingernail and slowly peel the decal off the wall. If you’ve applied decal to a less porous surface like glass, we recommend that you use a hairdryer (set on low heat) to warm the decal, this releases the adhesive and makes it even easier to peel off.

Can they be installed in a bathroom or kitchen?

We do not recommend installing decals in a bathroom or kitchen backsplash to protect since water and food can damage the print.

What are the wall decals made from?

They are made from an ultra-thin, self-adhesive matte vinyl film.


How do I check my order status?

To check on the status of your order, refer to your tracking number with the UPS Or USPS. Keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation emails containing your tracking number. There’s an issue with my product, what do I do?

Make sure that you inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. While we do our best to design and package products for safe delivery, sometimes damages occur. What’s your return policy?

We want you to be stoked on your SWENYO purchase. So, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact Customer Service at rene@livefamous.com for more information and details on how to return your purchase.

All of our products can be shipped within the US. Because we offer other awesome products from different brands, our shipping rates, time to ship, and shipping destinations vary for each product. For international shipping terms see below.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We currently do not offer expedited shipping, apologies for the inconvenience.

Can orders be shipped internationally?

How do you determine shipping times?

We hand-select products from all over to bring you a variety of awesome things for your space. We coordinate delivery with many vendors and warehouses which takes care and time to ensure that your product gets to you safe and sound and at times, may cause longer shipping times. Additionally, some of our furniture items take extra time to ship because of size. Keep an eye out for your tracking number email once your order is shipped. Rest assured, our products are well worth the wait.

How do you determine shipping costs?

We want to encourage you to keep coming back for more! That’s why we only charge what it costs us to ship and do not make money on shipping. We keep shipping costs as low as possible but shipping larger products can be expensive to ship.

Can I ship my order directly to my dorm?

Yes, your order can be shipped directly to your valid apartment or dorm address. SWENYO is not responsible for mail pickup or dorm delivery after it has reached the address. Be sure to check your dorm’s shipping policies before shipping.

Why is my order coming in multiple shipments?

In order to accommodate the different brands and products we carry, some orders may come in separate shipments due to shipment from different warehouses. However, you will only be charged one shipping rate for your entire order.
